Hi C.J.! I’m a bit confused by the color on the P1. Everybody on here calls it “HyperBlurple” but there’s another McLaren MSO P1 that looks the same but they call it “Pacific Blue”. What’s the official factory name for the color on your car?

Please oh please more than anything I want a button on my dash to make my car do this:

I went through about a half dozen of these back in high school. My buddy and I would buy one for a couple of grand, beat the shit out of it, try to fix it and if we couldn’t then buy another. Great car to work on, and even better to learn how to drive in the snow with!

That’s great! Now, about all of those seized Nissan Skylines...

I know a guy with a manual F430. He searched for one for 2 years before buying it. It’s an awesome car. I’ve driven an F1 F430, and would definitely like to compare the two. Maybe I can talk him into letting me drive it this summer. Here’s the car:

It’s Julie Cialini, PMOY 1994. That was the first issue I ever got my hands on. Classic.

The number is irrelevant. It’s the power to weight ratio that matters!

I’ve been watching them for a few years, can’t wait to pull the trigger! Just stay away from the flappy-paddle cars and you’ll be alright. 2008 was the first year of the ZF auto, and those can be had for about $35k now. Pretty reasonable for what you get!

The Toyobaru. The numbers are low in every category, but it’s a blast!

Now playing

Shmee150 has a great video showing what they had to go through in Germany. Completely freaking ridiculous, and certainly not in the spirit of Gumball. Surely they could have found a way to get their cars from Denmark to Netherlands without going through Germany (boats? helicopters? airplanes? whatever it might be,

The Zenvo ST1.

Mercury Cougar > Bugatti Veyron kit. Easy.

For an un-modified low mileage (30k) example, this really isn’t that bad. Here’s a ‘96 with less than 1000 miles on it for $70k!!!

Here’s a nice low-mileage 300ZX for $25k. Still look good and are a blast to drive!

I had those rims on my 1993 Stealth R/T. They looked perfect on it!

Every time somebody posts an article like this, the value goes up a bit and farther beyond my reach! I almost bought one about 10 years ago and I’ve been kicking myself for not doing it ever since. Why don’t you post an article about the snap ring issue in an effort to lower their values instead...

You’re fired.

How about a 1998 Corvette in Medium Purple Pearl Metallic (aka Amethyst)? Only 396 built. 140 coupes and 256 convertibles. This is not the same color as the pace cars from that year! In person, they are really beautiful. I’ve been lucky enough to see 2 of them up close. You can occasionally find them for sale right

I don’t have the foggiest idea how this one didn’t win for Italy:

Well, this is called an “Italia” and it is wrapped in Italian Flag colors. I’d say that represents Italy fairly well.
