Shelled pistachios are more expensive pound-for-pound and shelling them is half the fun of eating them. And afterwards save the shells—they make an excellent starter for a charcoal grill. (peanut shells are even better for this)

I have been getting excellent results using a HOT dry cast iron skillet and then throwing it under the broiler—intense direct heat from above and below. But you have to use fresh mozzarella, the shredded stuff that comes in a bag will not stand up to the heat.

A Temeraire RTS is pretty much the only RTS I'd ever want to play. But ideally I'd rather a Temeraire game was more like the naval combat missions in ACIII, only flying.

The lack of the chin strap is really what makes it suffer. It just doesn't look right without it, (at least in live action).
