This is just a weird article man. Honestly, it really comes of as anything but an impartial review. There are things in photoshop that take computers time to process. That takes CPU power, raw. The iPad is going to be limited there. It's not Photoshop Express, yah.. but it's not Photoshop Desktop.

When it comes to multiplayer, with higher refresh screens, I notice a huge difference being able to track enemies from 30-100 fps. My K/D tends to double at around ~60-80fps from 30.
