I'm pretty sure that it won't change anything for US file sharing. Torrenting is notoriously hard to track down when the law works for you, but unfortunately for them it really only penalizes distributors of copyrighted material, not leechers.

Besides emulators, which are pervasive, we ARE starved for games. While I don't look at my cappy as a gaming device, recent iPhone games do make the complete lack of decent 3d games on the huge android market frustrating. Sigh.
