Technically they already did. In a few select episodes, the voice actor Tom Kane (Best known as the voice of Professor Utonium, Mr. Herriman, Lord Monkey Fist, and Yoda in the Clone Wars TV series.) provided the voice for Woodhouse. My guess is George Coe was too sick to do it those times.

It makes sense that Katrina would bond with Elise. Katrina basically IS Elise if you take away all the likability and "not being gratingly annoying and whiny all the time."
