Love is reciprocal, Shae's was never tested and at the first sign of trouble she went on a path that's less than a half step away from murder just because she got dumped

but she isn't risking her life at all! she's trading hers for Tyrion's. There could not be a worse example to make that case.
she had a crush, she could have made the sacrifice of leaving him to save his life and her own
I don't get this, so it's his fault for failing to foresee somebody would murder his nephew with the knowledge he would be tried and found guilty in trial?
complaining about wasted potential is not the same as abuse, the point of the script was to be all dramatic and deep, but it's wholly unrelated to the character…
then why are you so upset?
the disproportion from him breaking up with her to putting the last but much needed nail in the coffin for his death sentence is too much to ask for a normal person to accept as a reasonable response from Shae
Tyrion was romantically involved with Shae, she wasn't toying with him as far as the show let the audience know. He can expect a kind of loyalty from her he never could when it comes to Varys.
how can anyone think she's doing it out of anything other than her full volition? she could have left multiple times before so she knows she's always been in danger, Tyrion broke up with her and Sansa's gone so there's nothing and no one for her in King's Landing, she was put in a boat to escape. Everything that could…
no, that's him getting cuts during sex because he's a freak because of course he is. Also it's an excuse to show the audience cast a guy who was in good shape.
it's misguided and uninformed
he had more time sure, he was a crowd favorite and his character was more complex, it's just the sheer repetition and the bludgeoning of that "crime pays" theme that's just not that savory anymore
but both take most of their time to discuss the "themes" they like to see in the episode, also more interestingly, director choices around that theming
She's definitely talking about herself, but she's just playing victim, even if you think she was raped at all in the previous episode she was certainly not raped as a little girl because she got to fuck Jaime instead. She did send a maid for some whippings or something around that time if I remember correctly, maybe…
they did, but that doesn't mean her actions (and their consequences) are anywhere near being Tyrion's "just desserts"
he refused to leave, she refused to leave him. Both were choices made by adults. Apparently, only Tyrion fully understood the implications.
she could have gotten in the fucking boat
I never got that phrase, or more precisely, why Obi Wan said it: "only x deals in absolutes" implies you're x since that is an absolute statement.
he played the game excellently, but planning for a contingency like Joffrey's death and a double cross by the woman who's been hearing his scheming for while now, is more of a task expected from Batman than a sane person.
"I didn't like it after this point" shouldn't count as spoilers
