Im talking the bible bashing over the top, chewing scenery nature of the character….Narratively they had no clue what they were doing with him.

They tried to replicate Mariah's story on Luke Cage with Joy in this.

There was decent foreshadowing aswel with Colleen and Bakuto..If you go back to the episode where that scientist gets injured and Claire and Danny find out about the Hands involvement for the first time Colleen is subtly panicking in the background.

I particulalrly like his facial expressions in episode 4…When Harold and Danny are discussing The Hand etc…FML is literally printed on his forehead.

Davo's underlying disgust with Danny is beautiful. Usually i dislike these type jealous entitled characters but he is completely right here. He must look at Danny and think ''i lost the Iron Fist to this guy''..

Did we find out who the Meachum's mother was….I found it strange that the hand would specifically go after the Triad for hitting Joy…Why would they allow Harold to exact the 'vengeance'

They are a big organisation..They can Multitask.

Most of that Criticism came from Critics not aware of the Source Material…and they tried to use that as a stick to beat him and the show with as he and the show were mediocre at best. It may or may not have changed with a different actor but the bad writing and terrible production would still be there.

She may still get it.
