I gave up on things like that when Danny got snuck up on by a security guard IN THE SAME ROOM with Knuckle dusters in episode 3….and had to use the Iron Fist…and he technically lost that fight cos the security guard achieved his mission.
He said he liked it first.
The point is we Know Iron Fist is the strongest and the most dangerous to the Hand..Danny should be the most powerful and by those feats he is but..
That reveal took way to long…As did the ones in the next episode concerning the Fist.
'He thinks' ?
The character is just as Cliche and Boring as everyone else..Through sheer will and great acting he has become interesting.
Gao in particular…
GAO is amazing in 9..Love how she destroys them all with words.
Tom Pelphrey deserves an award for bringing the character of Ward to life..Through sheer force of will and good acting he has made Ward an interesting character, The Spiral was incredibly hilarious and compelling to watch…When watching a guy tweak for drugs is the most interesting thing that happened in the episode…
I thought it was him swearing on his children's lives that he is not in contact with Danny Rand moments before Danny walks in. The ease of the lie was creepy AF,
It was cool but i didn't like how they retconned that scene so that the professor got the idea from Future Jax.
''she has no ulterior motive''
Danny's naivety is incredibly frustrating from the very first episode..Yes he grew up in a monastery and i understood what they were trying to do with his boyish nature but most of his actions and response to people make absolutely no sense..How he gets taken in by Harold Meachum is…
Apologies…Shitty of me. Didn't mean to spoil it for you
Naruto was an anime and like every anime in existence they had to give exposition to the audience during the fights..It was extremely frustrating but you understood the narrative purpose for it.
The best shows are the ones that are able to do this with the least clunkiness, with some inventiveness and some subtlety.
Dann…
Perception has killed Agents of shield for over 3 years.
That feeling does not change by the end…
This has put alot of pressure on The Defenders.
They should do heroes for hire with Luke and Danny with occasional cameos from the others.
They should have continued her Cage fighter storyline…Another thing the series failed to do was use the city..Luke Cage was bearable throughout its stupider moments due to how they used the city of Harlem.
