I quite liked tonight's episode of The Middle, definitely an improvement from last week.

"I am paving the way for future freedom. I did not sit through the first five minutes of Selma, when I meant to see Horrible Bosses 2, for nothing."
It really is, I've said it before, though the show hardly reinvents the wheel in the whole "disgruntled family trying to keep their head up" genre, it does pack tons of talent acting wise as well as having tons of heart and being relateable to it's audience.
Oh yeah Kate and Cecily definitely get a huge amount of praise, but much like you said that is as it should be because they are lovely cast members who have made tremendous strides and have evovled in their time here.
The denizens of tumblr will not take kindly to hearing that. Granted I feel that Leslie is perhaps the most overpraised cast member on SNL at the moment. I mean she's funny but she overstays her welcome way to fast.
It does bring up a familiar feeling I have, I started watching when I was 8 years old which was around the time season 27 (Yep the season that started a few weeks after 9/11) was happening.
Yeah like I said before since Season 6, the writers have pushing the "Brick is weird and we don't know how to deal with" thing to the ground and times Mike and Frankie's behavior sometimes goes to the point were it feels more deplorable than relate-able.
Yeah I have to admit since season 6 they've been kinda running the "Brick is weird and what are we going to do about him" thing to the ground. As much as I liked last night's episode I would rather no touch up on Mike and Frankie reveling in their own apathy towards Brick.
As much as I didn't like much of the Axl story-line I will admit the ferret thing and the ants stealing their bowl was funny.
Overall, the last night's episode of the Middle was lovely though rather disjointed in the way they tried to handle everyone's stories. Perhaps the better way to do the episode wold have been to completely eliminate the Axl story-line seeing as it really didn't go anywhere in my opinion and his best parts where the…
Though The Middle season premiere had a bit of a shaky beginning, the middle-part (I swear the pun is not intended) of the episode did a pretty great job in reminding me of all the reasons why I love this show so much.
Considering how the media looked at him starting up, talk about a crowning moment of irony
Well Josh did say his main influence in making the film was David Cronnenberg and Steven Spielberg so that should be enough of a sign that it's more sci-fi that comic book movie.
I highly doubt it. What the reboot may lack in Chris Evans they make up for in lack of unnescary fan service scenes of Sue
Yeah I'm some worth confident that Stephen will deliver in that area I mean he did introduce the US to the Swedish jazz rap group Movit and in doing so gave them the Colbert Bump.
Oh yeah that was an amazing show. Seeing the smile on his face was all the proof I needed that he was just as amazed as I was.
I'll miss the great and diverse musical guest he had.
I Remeber being introduced to great acts like Shooter Jennigs, Tokyo Police Club TV on the Radio, The Blind Boys of Alabama etc..
Appearantly it was so he didn't slip on any of the cake that was on the floor
Eh a dose of cheese here and there never hurt.
Perhaps, But I'll argue that Nathan's line about how Punch Drunk Love and Funny People were Sandler's attempt to tease critics and audience with glimpse of what his career could look like was a good crack. That and the line about how Grown Ups 2 feels like less of sequel than a failed TV spin off with Sandler and…
