I hear you, I guess it's just different strokes and all. I think Donovans been fantastic, and played the part exactly how Hawley and team envisioned it. In addition, Dodd has consistently provided some of the biggest and best laughs across this season, and therefor I don't see how he can be considered terrible in

    Haha, honesty is great

Terrible?? You are probably the type that considers some NFL QB's or NBA players to be terrible even tho they are in the 99.999th percentile regarding their professions.

I'm right there with you. The only part that bothered me, and it's a pretty big mistake, and totally out of character for Lou, is that they left Mike and Kitchen at the hotel and didn't arrest them for either assault or the weapons in plain view. And yea, maybe it's due to Schmidt being technically in charge since

Yes! that is the wrong band sir

I just really enjoy his delivery of lines in this show. I thought he was great last week in the scene with the Gerhardt capo's and his mom and brother. I feel like every character that has some level of nefarious intentions in the Fargo universe has some slightly cartoonish features and that is what I like about this

I totally agree. In that scene he closes his eyes in what looked to be a meditative state, helping him to piece together what Happened to rye that night.

Couldn't disagree more about donovans performance. If this was your comment regarding just the first episode, I could understand, but he is getting better and better every episode. It's interesting how differently people perceive good/bad acting.
