Well, I will probably be attacked for this, but his lawyers may have a point. Maybe he assaulted her maybe he didn't, but sitting here I don't know based on the facts. As for those of you calling him a rapist, what makes you so sure?

I will note that granting an injunction is serious business. A high bar. This ruling does not necessarily mean she won't ultimately prevail.

I haven't been following this, so innocent question: does it sound like the assault charges are legit? Is he actually a creep and a douche, or is that just an accusation at this point?
