Reading the book I guess I was getting more of an Irrfan Khan vibe from Venkat Kapoor. However, I guess I didn't pick up on any particular nationality from the Mindy Park character. I admit I read the book quickly (it was quite engaging) however I honestly don't remember much about Mindy Park's personal life at all.
