You'd be hard pressed to find many in the fan base who find it a "great" episode, and if Ms. Esposito can't take constructive criticism as an artist, that's a problem. I'm sure she's deeply flattered to have "Monkeylint" run to her aid.

Whoosh! The irony of you telling me to shut up for asking Esposito to tone down her social commentary. Also, I forgive you for not understanding how comedy works after listening to a show that I've heard every episode of during their run. Please note how June adds in social commentary and is beloved by the fanbase

I can't even assume they can take the time to read a paragraph of text without posting an ignorant statement.

That's the thing, right. You need me to hate lesbians to sustain your world view. It's impossible to critique her as a a comedian and have you accept it, right? It doesn't matter to you that I think Lily Tomlin, Big Notaro, Kate McKinnon, Ellen, and other lesbian comedians are genius. I have to hate those lesbians,

Yep, that takes about 2-3 minutes of the podcast if at all. It doesn't make up the majority of the commentary. I do love the irony that Pete Holmes is in the ads because he could barely get a joke off during that episode as guest.

It's incredibly annoying to have replies that completely miss the substance of your post, so what can you do?

They invite comedians and other industry people to join in and make fun of the show—-it's not a forum for social justice causes. Again, you are another person who doesn't know what the podcast is but still comment.

You clearly don't understand what the hell you are talking about or have not heard of the HDTGM podcast. Take a moment to Google it and then come back to the forums.

She brought that into the show with her—-it was not in response to the audience or the fanbase. Of course, this is the whole circular logic playing out, right? If you don't find her funny, you are bigoted, etc. It's impossible to critique her since identity politics come into play, and we wonder as liberals why our

After listening to her appearance on an episode of "How Did This Get Made", my annoyance with her had nothing to do with her sexuality; I was annoyed because it was a comedy podcast with a highly receptive and tolerant fan base, yet she had to get on a soapbox and bring down the proceedings with an overly analytical

Thanks for writing this piece. Saw the movie at a teen and listened to this soundtrack religiously. Good reminder that it exists after all this time.

I was pleased to see them go against type by having the redhead having the ability to fly, and the blonde shooting fire out of her fingers.

I've never heard of any of the other guest listeners. Who are those people? Are they obscure British celebrities? How did they get Rowling?

CORRECTION: …with a show that embodies the same “That'll do pig, that'll do" spirit.

“The only thing that could make me happier about this announcement is if David Bowie decided to be a guest star during season two. In which case, my head would explode.”

"One Mississippi comes from the 'every part of the buffalo' school of stand-up.."

I'm not sure this is so sad considering Bang Bang lasted over 100 episodes. That's pretty damn good for such a low-rated show and everyone should be happy it lasted even half as long.

Didn't they already get both?

Am I the only one to catch that they used the wrong era's Millennium Falcon?!? Won't anyone think of the children?

Something about this particular episode in an otherwise stellar season felt off. Why would Pied Piper hold market research focus groups filled with 40 and 50-somethings? Why would those same individuals be floored by the idea data exists in something akin to the cloud and not on their devices or that this data doesn't
