I completely agree with you on Malvo. I guess I was expecting more chaos from him then, because the picture I'm painting is that he's spent 6 months acting 'normal' in order to kill one man, in witness protection, for a 100,000$ bounty. I loved the episode on its own but it didn't quite grab me as much as the episodes in the first half of the series. After Lester's miraculously unnoticed exit and re-entry at the guarded hospital, my roommates and I have noticed too many narrative holes to the point of minor frustration. Tonight:
