Yeah I know three people in my small world who had cancer in their 30s (well I guess one had just turned 40). And I don't mean they had a scary spot on their skin removed, they had chemo and surgeries. As far as I know only one was genetic too. So yeah, it's rare but I didn't think it was contrived.
