I doubt it. Whedon created Abigail Brand in 2004, well after Fox had X-Men. She may be a mutant, but they can easily just give her the Inhuman or Scarlet Witch/Quicksilver treatment. Aside from Brand herself, SWORD is a lot more involved with cosmic Marvel than X-Men, and the Fox universe doesn't seem to want to go

If Eichorst, Setrakian, or Fet die the show just ceases to have enough interesting characters to sustain it.
