That's because the movie sucked.

It kind of bothers me that she always plays this character - the uptight, snobby, b*tchy girl. Pitch Perfect, True Blood, now this one. *However, I like that they hinted at some cracks in her seams… I'd REALLY like to see this character have a heart and find friendship with Jacqueline.
Wow, I completely missed that. Thanks.
I know, with his big grin full of food.
Ugh. You have horrible taste in TV plots.
The #1 reason I'm glad Glee was cancelled is because I will never have to be subjected to Kurt singing in falsetto ever again. *shudder*
I love the hair on her - and not only do I love the personalities I thought she was the most fun to watch perform. For some reason the combo of her facial expressions, dance moves and sweet voice were really intriguing. (Catching up on Netflix now, abandoned it back during the horrid season 4 debacle)
I would LOVE to see a series on Hurricane Katrina. I just visited New Orleans this year and it still fascinates me.
I took it as, "You needed this in jail, you're going to need it still."
I loved "Ain't No Sunshine" at the very end. Perfect, because many of them, not just Nicole and Ron, are gone now..
Well of course, it's a TV show - he's gonna walk out on the party, not refrain from returning his phone calls slowly over time.
Right!? I laughed at that too. "Just to fill out the forms takes an hour.. plus lunch!"
Just her performance from walking in the courtroom with confidence to sitting down, humiliated but trying to hold her composure (with no dialogue at all), had me crying. The fact she can get you to feel for that character so deeply is really something.
I think the nail in the coffin was the police officer on stand pleading the fifth to every. single. question - including did he frame the defendant!!! That is CRAZY to me. That plus the gloves = acquittal for a jury that is emotionally exhausted and wanted to go home.
I can't believe that out of 12 jury members, only 2 had post-high school education. That's horrible.
Who cares if he accepts a stupid cake?
I loved his interview on EW.com - that he really did break down and cry afterward, but Marcia never did. And she didn't return to that office for a full year. Wow.
I don't know why but I imagined that quote in Jimmy Fallon's Sara/Ew young girl voice. "Esquire…. Network?"
As a teacher, the vagina show was just the tip of the iceberg.. telling your students who you "do it" with and gossiping about other teachers? Having your kids read a book that's too advanced for them without getting parental consent, etc… there's no way she wouldn't have been fired by now. Or at least put on a plan…
Sure, it's not going to last - but why is Fran shrill? He's making complete sense. Talking to Hannah seems like trying to reason with a 4-year-old. If I told my husband I sexually harassed my boss to get out of trouble, he would've reacted worse than Fran did…
Not to mention Hannah's just incredibly immature. HOW…
