Yes!!! My biggest gripe too although I did enjoy the movie as a whole. And to not put more of the scenes with the Dr. in prison interviewing Rorschach was a shame.

I had to do a biography presentation in 4th grade on a historical figure, my mother decided I should do Gandhi. So to prepare I watched the movie but feel asleep 10 minutes in. I winged the presentation and failed miserably.

Yeah personal bias is out weighing reason on this one. I'd still put Titanic way above a lot of the others mentioned like Crash. And I do still hate Gone With the Wind with the fury of a thousand suns.
