Well ever since I had a panic attack brought on by drinking an entire pot of coffee is less 45 minutes while in university, I've been super careful about those sort of things.

Well I imagine that all the sugar is the other drinks are to cover up the bitter, medicinal taste that drinks like Red Bull have.

I've had energy drink maybe a handful of times while I was on long drives, but I really do not like the taste of them. Plus to much caffeine makes me feel super anxious and uncomfortable.
