God I hope so. But I'm gonna need definite proof this was a part of his plan - otherwise, you're so dumb, Oliver.

I personally am glad she moved away from that. She isn't awkward or timid anymore and grew out of that. I liked that character progression for her. Not only that, babbling can only be entertaining for so long. 5 seasons of that would've been painful to watch.

I get secondhand embarrassment easily so I don't particularly enjoy that kind of humor on television :p

To each their own! :)

While I enjoyed the episode especially that twist at the end (literally the first time the show has shocked me in a while) - I hate it when the show deliberately writes Oliver to be a moron. Seriously Oliver?! You're going to open up to a reporter whom your sister and close friends don't trust at all? The reporter who

I'm sitting here wondering if Iris will do anything but kiss Barry's ass? I mean all she is on this show is being Barry's cheerleader and that's quite disappointing for a supposed female lead.

Idk. Slade killing Moira probably edges that moment out.

Because you wouldn't be complaining if Felicity told the new guy about her vigilante activities right?

Nagging Oliver to treat the recruits better so they don't quit? Lol ok.

Except he was actually pretty great in the episode. The actor pretty much nailed his part.

I'm pretty sure any love interest would be unbearable (not that I think Felicity is) if the writers wrote this kind of ridiculous, uncharacteristic, forced angst. Not just a Felicity thing. The writers need to just stop that and they can be as great as they were in the first half of the season where they were

The thing is though, is that this show isn't over. David Ramsey said at a con this past weekend that this will be explored further in season 5. I understand why they aren't exploring it right now because the show has to burn through plot right now considering it's the end of the season.

I mean… her father never made an effort to stay in her life or contact her… Can't say he's a winner or someone worth keeping in your life. Especially if he's a bad person, which Felicity knew he was.

Yeah I'm disappointed that the show isn't addressing this right now.

I feel like this would've been a valid argument if the people trained for thus actually intervened. But they didn't. They sat on the sidelines on this for some reason. So really, the fate of millions rest in the hands of Team Arrow because the military didn't intervene at all.

I actually know about some of this from my uncle who fought in the Vietnam War and my dad who was in the military for quite a few years when he was a kid. Also I have a good family friend who works for the DoD and knows a thing or two about the military… So no. I don't get my info from bad shows or movies. But you

So she should've done nothing at all and let millions perish instead? Think of the bloodbath in the comment sections if that happened. Felicity just can't win for some people, can she? :/

IDK what you mean by your comment… But…
My post might've been poorly worded so I'll elaborate here. but All I meant was collateral damage is something that's dealt with in the military A LOT. They're tough choices to make. And this was a tough choice to make. It's all I meant.

Yeah but then no one will ever get to enjoy sushi again

You mean when there's an "OH MY GOD OLIVER MIGHT DIE!" scene in the flashback? Lol
