Yeah, that was outstanding. I'd try to make a point to watch the movie every week so I could join in. It was always a bummer when I didn't have time.

I love Palme Thursday, I just miss the film-nerd friendly Dissolve stuff.

It was nice of Ignatiy to give a few other people a chance to chime in but it really seems like he could've written this whole thing himself, dude's an encyclopedia.

You don't want to do that. GoT is almost unbearable sober.

That'd be cool, but I'm with the Thin White Duke on this one, I think it's Beyonce's award. At least her album's good.

Somehow no nomination for Country Solo, though. Really? There are five performances better than "Brace For Impact (Live a Little)" or "Call to Arms"?

I don't get a lot of what the kids are into these days, but the popularity of 21 Pilots baffles me. It's bitch-ass music for bitch-ass people.

Sturgill Simpson's up for Album of the Year! He won't win, but this makes me unreasonably happy. I hope they give him a performance slot.

Yes, there was a slight error on the track name, but it's heart was in the right place.

On the plus side, so many Trump voters voted to take away their own health care that there are likely to be significantly less of them, come 2020.

A friend of mine likes to dabble in ambient instrumental music and always gives his tracks movie-reference names. One of my favorites is "Screw You, Benny".

"Zaphod had never known why he wanted to be president, except that president seemed like a fun thing to be."

Buffalo, huh? I spent a week there one night.

No one but the blogger's plucky little sister would notice! And she'll investigate!

"Transformers' Orson Welles" has to be the best example of this.

That second one could actually be a good stalker movie. She moves to LA, gets rejected, murders the blogger and assumes her identity, chaos ensues, that kind of thing.

Willingly, unwillingly, it's the full obscurity that's the important part.

Since I love all horror movies, shitty or otherwise, I hope you're right!

But the bathroom meltdown had her kicking the door shut! That was great.

I contain multitudes. We are all Matt(S).
