"The Bittersweet Nectar of Don Hector"

Yep.

Lived in St Louis in the late 90s, and I still miss Fortel's. Loved that place. Also O'Connell's for burgers.

I'm confused. Why the hell was selling a covfefe hat not an "honest way" to make money?

Hopefully her character won't be as fucking useless as her Gilmore Girls character.

Maybe I only noticed this because I'm a Royals fan, but it's interesting that Kim wears a Royals t-shirt at one point (in Season 2), and Jimmy is rocking a Royals lunchbox in the flash-forward lunch break scene. Might mean nothing (after all, she's from Royals territory, and he's now living in Royals territory), but

Nesbit in Ragtime features in one of the more over-the-top masturbation scenes in a major American novel, so that's good stuff.

If "Girls" ends with a title card that swaps out to "Women," I might actually throw up.

I'm with you. I don't think that on 12/31/99 I would have declared it my favorite album of the 90's, but I've never gotten even a little bit tired of it since, and in some ways it's grown on me. And I would say "One More Hour" is one of my five favorite rock songs of all time.

Grand Canyon was like a dry run for Crash—just absolutely unbearable.

Their bourbon suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks.

Was coming here to post "And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside Out." Are you someone I've made out with, Panda Puffs?

Think you'll be pleasantly surprised by the last two seasons of Clone Wars. I thought they were far and away the best work the show did (especially a couple of the mutli-episode arcs in the last season).

Well, so it's definitely a spoiler that Sheldon is going to lose a knife draw or some shit.

"30 Year Low" by the Mendoza Line would be a worthy inclusion as well.

Carrie Brownstein from Sleater-Kinney and some unfunny dipshit talk about their favorite albums.

I dunno—Yakov's said some pretty negative things about Russia over the years.

The real problem with the Life and Death Brigade stuff for me was that, since I never re-watched any of those parts of the original show (since they suck), I literally had no idea who in the hell Rory was talking to in that scene until Logan appeared and I was like, "oh yeah, these dipshits who are gonna suck the life

B is generous. The musical was fun, and the Michel part was poignant, but other than that it was just people behaving in ridiculous, irrational ways that only happen on TV in order to create "problems" that aren't really problems (like, is anyone filled with suspense about whether Lorelei will mend fences with Rory)?

It's worth noting that they've always been wildly unrealistic with the real-life mechanics of Rory plots. No one's college search works the way that Rory's did, for instance.
