Fuck me that was brilliant. Not having Shaw around sucks big time though. Hersh is going to have go zombie killing machine on team Samaritan.

So in other words the show needs to get off your lawn?
Man what a fantastic episode. The guy who played young Greer was a great actor(sign me up for a spinoff please), and Amy killed it in the Machine/Samaritan sit down scenes.
Spoilers much?
Excellent episode Scarface went out like a boss, and now the war is personal. I'll give Shaw about half an episode of being able to lay low.
Shaw doesn't show interest in Root? Did you watch the season 3 finale? Did you see her expression when she thought Root may have died in the gun fight last week?
The mid season episodes in seasons 2 and 3 were great.
I liked it; not every episode is going to be a top 10 in the series contender.
I thought she finished it after her friend left so as to not show her up.
An episode about Root and Finch's relationships with the machine and each other that features a double god mode shoot out and flashbacks to Finch creating the machine. How was this not going to be awesome?
The 14 year old boy in this episode was a better actor than the girl Samaritan recruited.
Same here I had interest in this show from the start, but I never watched it because meh CBS procedural. However, when I saw a preview with Emerson and Acker doing a scene together I had to at least give it a shot. Now it's probably my favorite currently running show.
She was also a not so straight woman on the L Word.
I liked everything about this episode. Sometimes something a little lighter and fun can be just as enjoyable as "zomg the world will end if we don't do this this and that". Reese is totally going to hook up with his new captain.
No, young JC was an all timer.
I agree about Shaw. After rewatching season 3 she was my favorite character. Like I said last week every scene Acker and Emerson have together is fantastic.
Little bit of a slow start, but it ended up being a good episode. I like that Samaritan is recruiting possibly it's very own Root, and the gang has their new base operational. Root being sent on a mission by The Machine always leads to exciting things down the road. Next weeks episode should be a riot.
I gave it a chance, but Jada's hammy overacting made me turn it off.
Well I gave it a shot back to the S1-S10 dvd collection.
It sounds silly to me. Does anyone really think 18-23 year olds have more money to spend than 50-55 year olds in this country?
