Really? Cause I was in the audience when this actress was on Letterman, and although she seemed sweet, you could hear a pin drop when she explained the show's premise. I'm kind of blown away that this is getting a good review.

Maritime law!
I assumed he got hurt in the explosion.
Well, to be fair, a lot of the body parts that you use to scream loudly are inside the neck that was being chewed apart at the time.
Ohhhhhhhhh. Wow, did not pick up on that, that makes a lot of sense.
Show Andrea is wretched compared to comic Andrea, but, to be fair, show Maggie is a thousand times better than whiny suicidal comic Maggie, so it's a bit of a wash.
I 100%, no sarcasm, think she deserved an Emmy nod for Supporting Actress last year. Her episode with Lizzy could have been so bad and she made it amazing.

I like that the gym was obviously still being repaired.
Throwing my hat in the ring on behalf of "Burn Down the Hot Topic"
I had to pause it for a good 90 seconds to mentally process that that reference just really happened.
Best episode since Broadway Bro Down at least, and maybe better than that. Amazing. When people say to me "you still watch South Park?!" episodes like this are why I say hell yes.
RINGWRAITHS ON FUCKING DRAGONS.
Strucketh by Cupid!
I love his directing style. Sincerely. The Ring was terrifying, he brought WAY more presonality than I would've thought possible to the Pirates movies (the fourth was painfully boring without his particular flavor of crazy) and Rango is striaght-up amazing. Bring it.
Not having a working elevator damn near killed Professor Proton.
They do have major grant money. Sheldon has referenced as much when talking about how his is to research string theory. And Howard is a full-time engineer and consultant for NASA.
She's very good at playing the 'straight man' role. She can mine laughs out of a withering look, which is a difficult thing to pull off. She's not quite Jason Bateman-level at it but she's not bad.
