SNL did an All About Eve sketch about the Jane Pauley/Deborah Norville unpleasantness with Kathleen Turner as Norville. Can't seem to find it online.

Is that the Mythbusters' Alameda Runway?

I watched Working during its first season, at least. The timing was rather fortuitous as 1997 was my first year of out of college and in a new town and on my own. But all memories I had of the show were subsumed by Better off Ted.

That off-screen Tough Love Camp finally did the job of sorting out Catherine's daughter into a responsible adult. Too bad Brass' messed-up kid wasn't quite so lucky. Oh well.

I was surprised Nick didn't show up (didn't follow any news, so not sure why George wasn't involved in this). I kept thinking he was going to appear to save the day at some point. Ted Danson's off to try to save the CSI: Cyber franchise now. Good luck with that.

Neither is the guy playing Lorenzo on Da Vinci's Demons.

It was the most cromulent of decades.

I nominate this for The Webby's ADR category.

Night Flight!

Nickelodeon doesn't care about 80s Kids.

They were all dead to me as well.

Fucking lawyers, man…

Hey! I remember that. I also remember that the initial MP3's that made it out into the Napster-verse were recorded off a slightly off-speed phonograph.

The proper comment thread to remember Rubicon is when AMC renews a marginal/shitty show.

Yeah, he was in the "pilot".

The A.V. Club
She did, indeed, look very out of place.

Why are they singing?
