Are we really experiencing Peak TV? This fall looks bleak.

I understand Rectify is very depressing, and I'm a depressive person. Would this be a good match? I tend to like darker and moodier shows, as long as they aren't boring.

This is my favorite movie because it's basically a music video. Music over all the dialogue is probably the hardest trick to pull off and Scorcese did it, and the narration as well. There are 3 auditory layers on top of an already visually stunning movie.

I thought the costumes of female marvel characters show lack of fashion savvy and creativity. If you're making a "sexy" outfit, at least make it cool BDSM gear or cute anime-esque bikini. But if your character is a close-quarters combat fighter, give her functional armor.
It's not sultry like Harley Quinn, or imposing…

What I appreciated about MMFR was how the women looked like they hadn't had 5 hours of hair and makeup. Sure the wives were beautiful, but Furiosa looked like a real road warrior with a shaved head a forehead grease. I just can't buy into Black Widow because her costume is impractical and ridiculous with her suit…

There are like, 10 procedurals on this list. I don't see how that's "peak tv".

I loved it for its smart and nuanced portrayal of teenagers. It's one of the few movies on this list with likeable characters.

It's always interesting to watch the gays clash with the "alternative" straight people on this website.

Why do I feel like Marsha P. Johnson would not like him at all.

I thought MoS was shit storytelling with gorgeous visuals. I didn't like the main character but it's easily the best looking superhero movie I've seen.

But was it better than Man of Steel?
