What about someone like Shaq? He was an all-timer in his sport, everyone knew who he was when he played, and since then he's been involved in movies, TV, and music. I think it's fair to say most people over 15 in America know who Shaquille O'Neal is nowadays.
Jack Handey the SNL writer? I missed it, what was it?
Except when you're doing that, you're talking about the potential of the show to get better. And plenty of people do that exact same thing with other pieces of art: "This movie wasn't great, but it's the directors first movie, and it shows some potential, so we'll be on the lookout for his/her next."
He already did make a better movie than Jurassic World.
Ha. Who would ever let a black person direct a movie?
This makes sense, if by "Colin Trevorrow" you mean "Jason Mann" and by "Star Wars: Episode IX" you mean…oh shit…what was that terrible movie called?
I think you grasp at straws, not clutch them because then you'd actually gave them in your hands.
Hollywood is most certainly not paying an actress like Aubrey Plaza to appear because they think she will bring in some of her fans.
I enjoyed that movie.
It's like huff.
It was "tryouts for what?" but yes, classic Barry.
I'd like it on the record that I've always hated James Franco.
Isn't that $2,000 more than they normally pay?
Kookookachoo!
That's why we can't give him any.
"That's like saying John Mayer's songs are making John Mayer look bad."
Yeah, no second season of Other Space is the real tragedy here.
Yeah, I think ignoring racist/misogynist nerd rage over casting, which is really the only backlash to TFA, is a little different than ignoring the "nerds" who are mad that you're suing them for attempting to make a not-for-profit passion project that only enriches the universe your story is in.`
Yeah, I mean, when you're in a dark room with light only coming from one place, and then light comes from somewhere else, you tend to notice that second light. I do, at least.
