Oh my objections to the Berger incident wasn't how she was treating him. Like you, I didn't like him. It was her hysterics and vocalizations when she was with him.

You should have ate the whole thing and then waited a few days/weeks to see if a full-formed alien duck burst out of your stomach. If only PETA made horror movies.
I liked this episode, though it's like THC and SJP are taking different direction as to what the tone of the show should be. SJP just can't bring any levity to her character, and there usually is levity in bad situations. The work scene was just SO self-absorbed.
Did you always hate Carrie, for the run of the show? I ask, because I liked her (at least didn't mind her) at first, maybe two seasons (whether she was a good person or not), and then her very steep decline into insufferability started, punctuated the most when she was dating Berger and was riffing on his book and…
There's some episode of Seinfield where Elaine hates the movie "The English Patient" and is going off on the details, and she says something like, "sex in tub. That doesn't work." Same with showers for the most part. Lol.
I's give this Episode an "A". Like I said last week, I LOVE this show. That ending with the Daniel fantasy in the mirror, followed by Molly walking in, and followed by the kids finding her video had me on the floor.
I still think that's the greatest ending ever, when they fly off and then the plane crashes and THEN the landing gear lands on the black guy who we maybe thought escaped death. LMAO.
That would be cultural appropriation of hole diggers
Exactly, it may be a pop song with a serious message, but it's a pop song. People dance to and recreate videos from pop songs and sometimes present them on youtube, instagram, FB, etc. Some posters upthread couldn't find a "point" to the video (Why would Schumer do this?"), as if there had to be some deep…
Was that "blanks" intentional? You're racist!
I blame Kate Hudson, who probably encouraged Goldie Hawn to do this.
I bet Beyonce doesn't even care. It's her fans (or a subset thereof) and people who like to be outraged who are taking issue with it.
Even before that, she wasn't she just a kid from a solidly middle class home with supportive, loving, non-abusive parents?
What's the significance of the late October/Halloween birthday you keep eluding to? I'm sure there are many people who would agree with you who were born throughout the year.
I have had a wonderful time introducing my almost 70-year-old mom to craft beer over the last six or seven years. She comes from a long history of drinking everyday basic beer - Bud light, Schlitz, Grain Belt, Pabst, and had for the most part moved on to wine and cocktails in her later years, save certain situations…
I recently watched the two available seasons of Catastrophe on Amazon. I thought season 1 was fairly entertaining; not the revelation that many seem to think it is, but solid. Once the kid was born (two kids no less), it lost it's luster to me. Still, some good one-liners, but overall, just sort of tedious.
Really is a good choice, IMO.
I like IPAs that finish relatively dry. Some have (to me) an overly syrupy sweet finish, which I just can't stand. Ruins what came before it.
Lol, I didn't catch your (jk) right away.
I agree. I DO like many IPAs (and don't like many others), but how IPAs, of all styles, became the test for whether you're a serious beer drinker is beyond me. [Note: I realize that with the breadth and depth of craft beer, there are by now other beer snob/beer enthusiast standards in some circles. But, still, I…
