But then Rick promised Ty justice, as did Daryl. If he finds out what she did and that she got to walk away from it… I doubt he'll react positively to it.

It wasn't that decision, it was just then Rick knew Carol put survival ahead of the wellbeing of anyone else. What would happen on the day that she deemed Carl to be a threat to their survival? She couldn't be trusted any more.

Gee, you must be the only genius in a world of idiots then. Congrats on that, enjoy your life, bye…

I know right… Daryl went on a road trip with three black characters, meaning that we had no idea which one was about to get killed off (excepting Daryl).

(1) There would be no thanksgiving (2) No one in England eats spotted dick.

Britain gives it independence like it did the rest of its empire… end of story.

I have a question, in a fair few countries black people undergo skin lightening, to which race are they being more offensive?

ditto, that was a superbly executed mole arc.

More like rapery. They weren't locking those doors for karaoke y'know.

Let's face it, attempts to bring female characters to life from comic books inevitably flounder because they are usually badly written in the first place. Look at how awful MJ was in Spiderman etc. They don't have much to work with until they let the source material go in that regard.

I loved the Ollie and Laurel convo that went: "Don't ask me if I'm okay." - [beat] "Are you okay?"

I did look for such a contract while filming the critic-baiting horror masterclass that was Darkplace.

I myself speak for the white community, because we are a hive mind and all have the same opinion. Why can't we agree that some people will find it offensive, others won't, regardless of colour. I personally didn't feel that the show tried to push any racial stereotypes, it just had one character using make-up because

You're speaking English damn it!

To me, she's coming off as a person who simply cannot handle things going wrong. Laurel does okay when her life is smooth sailing, she's the big moral shiny centre at the centre of the world, but when something goes badly, she falls apart. This seems fairly consistent to me. She needs to feel superior to the issues

Odds on Sara being a lesbian in this series are looking pretty high right now.

Only one person has ever used the word "hipocracy" and that was you just now.

I think any other show would have tried to make a big deal of the reveal, which would have been a huge mistake considering how bleedin' obvious it was. The way it played was as something which surprised the characters, but didn't delude itself into thinking that it was surprising the viewers, which I think was

Yeah, there's no contract in showbusiness which states "will shoot one scene, do nothing for a year then come back with martial arts training." The only way this ever happens is if they get very lucky in casting an unknown in a bit part who turns out to be able to handle the major leagues in acting and stunt-work.

I don't see why it's foolish, I mean she realised that she essentially killed her boyfriend, it seems inherently normal to me that she'd try to drown her sorrows. I love the fact that donning a mask and beating up criminals is viewed as a perfectly natural way to deal with grief by some viewers, yet woe betide anyone
