HIMYM's varied quality aside, one of the things that got mentioned a lot when it first started airing was how refreshing it was for the characters on a show to laugh at their friends' jokes.

I remember Totally Rad Show describing it as buddy cop Batman and Robin. Which I actually don't think is a super great descriptor, but it does imply a tightness between them
I think it was Shawn Ryan. Something about the only scene he had in his head for season 2 being Britt getting paternity results while in prison. And then maybe like a time skip? How long was Britt going in for?
By that logic, he's going to jail because he beat up a guy because he loved his wife so much. I doubt, and it's been confirmed by the showrunners, that he was going to bail on her and his kid.
Yeah, that was what they were going for, but sorta botched it completely. And yet, all these years later, I can't think of what else they could have done.
Hmm, most film classes I took just made us watch Brick. Certainly different, but has some similarities and takes less time.
So who do we complain to to get a fucking DVD set around here? According to the people who would know, whoever owns the rights doesn't think the show is worth the effort/money.
Is your friend….*looks on IMDB* Jon Worley, Leslye Headland, or Ted Griffin?
I think the "I thought it was about dog catchers/walkers/enthusiasts" thing got tossed around a lot when the show was clearly going to get cancelled, and people were angry about the ad campaign.
See, most people probably mash fast forward when the theme song for Justified comes on.
I'm not sure if it was just a proximity thing, but I remember him getting a few Terriers questions during the Gotham press tour. He basically said that Terriers WAS a career defining role, and will always be the one that got away.
Cliffhanger my ass. I asked the creator after the show was cancelled: everyone dying is canon. The bad guy wins.
Reviews are hitting, and this REALLY seems like a show I won't enjoy. Reliant on cringeful situations over actual comedy, has a black friend who outright states that he doesn't want to be the singular black friend who makes jokes and gives advice but then ends up being exactly that, allegedly spurns rom-com cliches…
One of the Apatow spawn is in the show, or so early reviews are saying.
Just having googled her, she probably spent it all on drugs.
But Tucker Max at least wrote his own made up stories, And will likely not take refuge in claims of anti-Semitism.
Pewdiepie is infinitely more tolerable than someone going around calling themselves The Fat Jew. And I dislike Pewdiepie generally.
Someone married this asshole?
That would certainly explain it
