I was just impressed how much he could snap! But amazing.

There were antlers mounted in the stable, which to me is so clearly a Hannibal reference that I'll defend that to the grave. .

Well I'm Canadian, but I think that's an interesting point. Do I love those books because I'm fetishizing English culture a bit? It's hard to say. I think JSMN was very enjoyable to me partly because I stayed up all night to finish Pride and Prejudice when I was a child.

Life After Life is great!

Antlers! Hannibal reference, no?

Two and a half? The book definitely does have its ups and downs and I'm iffy at best about the ending, but the writing never stops being anything less than delightful and those footnotes.

That book was required reading for my school in Grade 8 English. Trust me, nothing ruins a book more thoroughly. To this day, I regard it as kind of a turd.

This month I'm finishing up Kate Atkinson's Behind the Scenes at the Museum. A great read, much like Life After Life. Her character's have a way of being awful but still likeable.

Thank you for that!

I don't know if you're allowed to call it a "performance" by Amy Pohler if all she does is walk across the frameā€¦

I'm excited for Veronica Mars the same way a teenage girl would be. Mostly because I have a teenage girl crush on Logan.

Oh absolutely. Dormer did what she could, but Sherlock's obliviousness completely pulled me out of the episode.

I feel like this comment section is going to be populated more slowly due to all the buzz regarding Community's return, and I'm ashamed to admit I won't be able to give an opinion until tomorrow. Doubly ashamed, now that I know Natalie Dormer is back :(

Especially when they spent so much of Season 1 setting him up to be a villain. He ran off with a stripper, he moved in with a stripper, he took Shirley's minivan and her ring to give to a stripper.
It was almost cliche, how evil he was.

I mean, it' unrealistic to get rid of riots completely, but I have been crunching the numbers and I think we can reduce their likelihood by 40%.

That was the perfect meta joke.

I lost it when the pipe slid out when he said "No," still stone faced.

Haha yes! So much, this.

I know! It gave me the warm fuzzies.

Yeah that softened the blow. Still weird though!
