I suspect there might be other reasons to be wary, along the lines of a girl resembling Rose Quartz *just happening* to show up in Beach City before the show. We get an initial rather than a name to go with the digits, which could simply be due to the creators wanting to justify "Mystery Girl," or because her name

I kinda wonder whether Lion will turn out to ultimately be a message from Rose. It's remarkable that we're over 100 episodes in, and he's still pretty much a mystery. Is he a projection given life? Something like Pearl's holograms, with some life from Rose? Is he a part of Rose that couldn't be part of Steven?

I take issue with the headline of this article. I didn't seek this article out, but because I browsed to the TV section on my way to the recap of an earlier episode of Orange Is the New Black, this headline immediately spoiled me on the death of one or more black characters at the season's end.

I grew up in the South, and it sounds flawless to me. I swear I'm hearing my grandmother's neighbors when she speaks. (Then again, maybe you've just got a way better ear than I do.)
