To be fair about the wife, I seem to recall an article where the police/sheriff was called in to investigate and they 'cleared' (ew! that word is tarnished forever now) the 'church' of any wrongdoing or at least they couldn't justify continuing to search for her and drag her out in public.

I agree about it being a modest success. Its really just starting its run and since it was so inexpensive to make (acquire?) after $5-6 million its in the black. It'll do more than that by the end of the week.

Wherever it is, I hope its far, far away. The sooner, the better.

"Why again is Sammi still living with the Gallaghers?"

Especially this season!!

I agree. The Gallaghers are consistently inconsistent.

I can't imagine there is an appetite for another TWO of these things. Whichever one goes to market first will cement who the new team is. After that, with a change to all male, nobody will care. Who would like some beaten dead horse meat??

I think Ian is still AWOL, right? I wonder if that will come up again to keep he and Mickey from finding 'bliss'?

If by 'grounded' you mean 'nuts', then yes, Sammi is more 'grounded'.

I bet Carl finds some way to keep out of jail (juvie?) by wearing a wire for the bigger fish he's working for. (Would never happen in real life, but this show…..)

I think if Chuckie were to keep expanding as he grows, he'll probably be a beast in high school. And an incessant bully, no doubt.

The quicker Sammi leaves the scene, the better. An atrociously, ferociously stupid character.

I was thinking he might get a loan from his 'girlfriend's father(?) The guy did take a liking to Lip and the money can't be an issue for him.

Based on how well BB turned out, I will trust Gilligan and Co. to lead the way.

Well that was from last season of the show. I have read that even Kale is now out as the 'hot produce'. *Insert eye roll*

God, 'Togetherness' bores me cross-eyed.

Exactly! And to minimize it to it being 'easier' to just die is really missing the forest for the trees here. A very surface reading of what was happening and why.

"This is an episode about a good man deciding to die, because death is, ultimately, a hell of a lot easier than living" WRONG. It's an episode about a man who realizes he can't do anymore in this world now. He's exhausted his usefulness in it. It's not 'easier' and if this is how the reviewer interprets things, maybe

Yeah, its something about that third Luther series that just doesn't get me going! I can't get more than 20 minutes into the episode and I've tried TWICE!

Really? Wow, that's the first non-rave I've heard. I will probably follow your advice given the time limit.
