Hands down my favorite quote of this year.

It is quite possible I was indeed referring to the franchise that happens to be a on better streak than Star Wars.

"Thanks" for the update.

All of twit.

D+

"An aging action franchise"?

Super glad Green Room is getting recognition all across the board.

I applaud your journalistic integrity.

Catching up on some releases of this year that I avoided / missed until now, mainly: Alicia Keys, The Weeknd, Skepta, Montaigne, Childish Gambino, Solange, Deadmau5… well, the list really goes on and on.

"Still here?"
"Yup, still here."

JUSTIFIED!

Are you sure it isn't spelled LYFE?

Awwww, they didn't rebel enough.

Plus, and I hope this goes without saying, last time I checked Kim Gordon, PJ Harvey and Peaches are still around and taking names, so as far as I am concerned, that whole Queen thing is pretty much settled.

The new album has this self-aware feeling. Very… carefree.

Since Dandies made my list as well, gotta ask:

Gwen is my guilty pleasure of the year. And possibly one of the biggest guilty pleasures ever.

Agree.

It is somehow very charming. I was hoping for Blink to grow up a bit, but hearing the new album… I am kinda glad they haven't. It has that "blink feel" all over it and yea, as you said, it's far from their best, but I think it justifies its existence.

I was into Die Antwoord for a long time, but seeing them live was the moment when they finally sealed the deal for me.
