Saw them in Edinburgh - you're in for a treat

I enjoyed the episode - it's setting up the rest of the season. Ivar is a great character - a bad guy with depth and I certainly moved between sympathy and hate. i just want Ragnar's luck to change (and the end of Aslaug)

He was a child at the time

    His story wasn't finished

They went through a titillation phase before with Judith/Ecbert, Aslaug/Harbard, Ragnar/Yidu, Aethelwulf/Kwenthrith, Otto/ Therese/Roland then got on with the story. I'm hoping for the same this time.

And the women don't seem to age which is strange

I'd like to see Porunn return and end Aslaug

I'm not convinced Odo is dead - it may be a plot to expose the odious Roland and his sister. Judith and Aslaug need to disappear (the latter with the Wanderer). The standout moment for me was when Floki replied to Ragnar.

I watched 'The Last kingdom' and it was Crusoe in a different setting but much less original. Vikings, at its worse, it 10000 times better.
