I just got Halo Anniversary too and let me tell you the game (CE) has not aged well. I know I'll be crucified for saying this but -given that it was my first time playing Halo CE ever- I really didn't care for it. I know its like one of the most beloved shooters of all time, but still.

Adventure Time's tone is all about range though (low stakes vs. high stakes episodes, deep vs. shallow narratives, light and funny vs. dark and deeply disturbing —and sometimes these things change mid-episode) so I'd say it was pretty spot on as far as AT goes…but I agree it was really unappealing -at least the look…

The other annoying thing to think about in choosing channels is that most might come as package deals. For instance, you might only want MTV, but you'll probably get MTV2 too (and maybe VH1, and so on depending on ownership). Chances are you don't even want the entire channel as much as just one to three shows on it.

Also the whole Firestorm revelation was done kind of badly.

Cisco breaking out the wrestling moves was surprisingly cool. Letting Hartley get the jump on him kind of killed that feeling for me though.

I agree with the whole Cisco thing: he's not my favorite character, but he got a little uncharacteristically dark in tonight's episode. Seems like they kind of glossed over that.

Man they were really baiting Caitlin/Barry this week. Wait a minute…what is this feeling?
