I personally think the road trip episode is a wonderful starting point. You see most of the gang dynamics in some fashion, but nothing extreme. People need to be eased into sunny because starting in the later seasons can be rough.

Part 2 is meh but part 1 is worth it if only for the golden god freakout and the subsequent revelation that dennis has duct tape and zip ties underneath the false bottom of his trunk.
