Sherlock's incredibly forthright when he's with Fiona. Usually he plays games and answers questions ambiguously, but he knows that he can't communicate that way with Fiona, so there might not be too much to call out.

It reminded me of his response to the MI5 case being taken away from him in season 2: "I'm quite pregnant with it now."
