Sherlock's incredibly forthright when he's with Fiona. Usually he plays games and answers questions ambiguously, but he knows that he can't communicate that way with Fiona, so there might not be too much to call out.

This episode was incredibly funny and absurd. The sparkle poodle playhouse, the bed on the rooftop, and recreating the media room in Joan's room (although it was also rather creepy).
