I don't really get Felicity's (or Curtis's totally unearned) criticism of Oliver's training. She's seen him come back shot, stabbed, poisoned, and basically on the brink of death dozen's of times. She more than almost anyone should understand how dangerous it's going to be for them. Hell, that one goober tripped off a

I think having a crush on Natalie Dormer is just called being human.

Oh I loved the hell out of the scene and was waiting for it all season, but it was pretty evil. Nothing wrong with liking the villain though. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what she's like without kids that she wants to protect.

So there were some points during the season where it seemed like they wanted us to root for Cersei, but this episode firmly cemented her as a villain again.

So apparently Varys is no one.

Dammit Rickon SERPENTINE!

I like how the Faith Militant were trying to act all tough, then zombie Mountain ripped one's head off and they were all like "you win this round Cersei!" Is that why trial by combat was banned? Because they realized he's OP as shit?

Wait a minute… Jamie is going to the Riverlands. Brienne is going to the Riverlands. And if I remember correctly they definitely parted as friends.

Something tells me Dany's horse became dragon chow.

Actually no.

The season in general was really bad, but holy shit were the flashbacks on a whole other level of awful this year.

Well that was weird.

So one interesting thing my brother pointed out that may or may not have any significance, the number of Witewalkers in this army appears pretty consistent, and small. We saw 5 at Hardhome, and them Jon killed one. Then in this episode there were only 4 at first, and Meera killed one. In the scene where the King

I figure the origin of Hodor's name is probably one of the things that GRRM planned from the beginning. "Hodor" and "hold the door" sounds too convenient for them to have come up with it between seasons.

I know this is about as out of left field as it gets but maybe deus ex Benjen?

I was so focused on Arya's angry eyes and then all of a sudden DICK AND BALLS.

Did we just see a… vulnerable Varys? He was looking pretty unsettled there.

But what's his naaaaaaaaaaame?!?!?!!??

Well if there's one thing you have to give this show credit for, it's that they know how to stick the landing. 3 for 3 on good season finales.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but this episode was a really good Oliver story line surrounded by an awful Felicity story line. I don't know if I've ever disliked a TV character as much as I do Donna.
