Not so much recently, no (dammit Spectre!).

Man, I won't deny that the show of the Death Star almost made me squeal like a girl. I'm such a Star Wars nerd.
Wrong Death Star. They die later.
That ending made me realize major character deaths are really rare on this show. That was quite a turn from the feel-good bowling scene.

Yeah, blurring the face only made it more noticeable.
So has anyone else noticed the green filter they put over Oliver's suit to make it greener? I first saw it on Reddit, and now I can't not notice it. It was the worst I've seen when he confronted Andy in Dig's apartment.
Well I'm pretty sure the writers from 2 seasons ago are on Flash now. Which explains a lot.
I'm not sad, I'm not shocked, I'm just disappointed. And angry. What purpose does this death serve? Obviously it satisfies the need to close out the horrible idea that was the grave plot, but just… why? We've already gone through the death of a Lance sister with Sara and all that entails last season. Would it not be…
One thing I really like about Elektra is how she is the only one who calls Matt Matthew. It reminds me of how Claire calls Frank Francis in House of Cards.
If what the people in charge did is write the death of a fictional character, I'd say the responsibility is 100% on the person who killed themselves. But that's just me.
It's okay guys, the rolled under a dumpster after the second hit.
Suuuper bummed that they killed Rebecca off right away. She was my favorite girl on the show after Nola. Who I just remembered they killed off as well. Damn.
Oh yeah, I forgot about the coastal people.
Murphy was on point this episode. Shamelessly eyeing up the crazy new commander was a ballsy move, but it seemed to have paid off.
When was there ever quality Olicity stuff?
For the love of God will Donna please just fuck off back to when she wasn't on the show. I miss Moira.
Those bastards didn't even show who/what was in the holocron. They're going to torture us Revan fanboys for as long as possible aren't they. And my biggest question going into next season is this: what the hell is with that damn owl?!
Oh I totally forgot about the floodlights. Thanks for clearing that up.
Really great episode, but there was one thing I couldn't help wondering during their discussion. What was Frank doing the whole time? He went up on the billboard and started wrenching… something. Forgive me if I'm just not remembering correctly, but I can't figure out what he was working on.
