exactly.
exactly.
I don't have problems with business decisions. But this hypocricy is annoying. I literally saw quotes from him about how Looking is more than just a show and ratings are not important for this one.
Oh, you accept my claim I am not racist. Well thank you very much. Get over yourself. I was arguing with the person who WERE WRONG about FACTS. You can twist it as much as you want, but facts are freaking facts.
Amanda Peet is married to Game of Thrones showrunner. So get used to Togetherness.
Nobody likened Groff to dead wood. I get that you are joking, but it's kind of lame.
Yes.
Well, Michael Lombardo last week received award for LGBT portrayal on TV - and decided to cancel Looking this week. They renewed shows with worse ratings (Hello, "Getting on"). I read a lot of articles and interviews from Lombardo, him saying ratings doesn't matter for show like that, because they are happy to do…
I don't need a wrap up. It's not about whom patrick going to end up with, or Dom's success or failure with kitchen window, it's about their lives and experiences. Here's post from Groff's friend https://www.facebook.com/ke…
Also Groff himself confirmed cancellation to several fans after Hamilton. I spoke with one of…
And quote from her post. "If they go for S3, can we please get some Asian people on the show?" That's what I corrected.
That's not what she said in her first post. But whatever, who cares.
Unfortunately, Looking is cancelled. Jonathan Groff broke the news today after his performance of Hamilton. But supposedly hbo will make the movie to wrap the story.
It's interesting they didnt show Patrick actually saying whether he trusts Kevin or not. And then he went to Richie. It was the answer without words.
Well, it actually was mentioned long before Looking's second season. I am a Quinto's fan, and for people who follow news about him it's pretty much old information.
Yeah, he knew. He even said it, and I actually felt sorry for Kevin, because here Patrick basically admitted he doesn't love him and never loved him.
Oh, I wondered about it too, but Tovey is in a commited relationship (possibly open), and Groff doesn't seem like the guy to get involve with partnered men. Mostly because he broke up with mentioned Spock after conversation about open relationship similar to Kevin and Patrick's fight in the finale.
It wasn't her second sentence in our conversation. She said there are no asians on the show. I corrected her. She said this character only was in the pilot. I corrected her again. It were simple facts. But then I was accused of not wanting to see gay asians on TV and basically being racist, which is incredibly…
It was interesting transition. To be honest, I know that relationship between Patrick and Kevin are toxic on emotional level, but I feel they are very good sexually. Kevin's first bottoming scene was filmed and acted like whole new beatiful world opened it's doors before him.
There was amazing shot of Tovey in his first episode, him looking at Patrick almost predatory while Patrick talks to Owen.
Old habits die hard? I actually think he genuinely wasn't using Grindr to cheat on Patrick, he didn't have a photo and messages. Even more - I do believe he thought that disussion about open relationship - in his mind - was right and honest thing to do, and he believed he's trying to fix everything that was wrong…
He had this fairytale of relationship with Dream Kevin in his head, so of course he didn't think about anything. Or most likely, he was putting those thoughts as far away as possible.
