Well I mention Dark Matter above. I guess we can discuss it if they won't.

Okay he was being a little unfair, but him being on every day doesn't mean we necessarily want to think of him every day. Couldn't people at least consider balling up their rage a little until 2018 when the midterm elections happen?

Looking through scientists who, apparently, endorsed him are

It's Canada Day! And it's a big one, 150. Happy Birthday Canada! (I think I may have a Canada Day episode of Corner Gas on DVD somewhere, but I'm going to Canadian Sci-Fi instead.)

The Carmichaels might have been better as the family is more the interest. At least for me.

The main character, and his girlfriend, are maybe the weakest part of it.

Although sometimes a bit too stagey, and it could go in directions that made me uncomfortable, it was an interesting show with some good actors. (Oddly Jerrod himself might be one of the more so-so for me.)

And now a 101. Hurrah Ms De Havilland! Et aussi Bon Anniversaire! (I think that's right.)

Well she still sometimes gets lifetime achievement awards and the like. Is there a chance any group would go "Well I was going to give this to Olivia De Havilland, but she was apparently a petty Pollyanna hypocrite so this goes to Norman Lloyd instead. He's the better centenarian."

Yeah. Maybe I could understand it, but it's kind of a weird thing for a mother to do. (She could have at least said "your careers will be too bound up that way. So I'm flipping a coin, heads the name goes to Olivia and tails to Joan.")

"I'm suing, not for me but to help all women who have been trapped in small private elevator!"

Not all of them did. Candice Bergen is a 70 year old white lady who also has ties to France and endorsed Hillary. Tyne Daly's long been a Democratic I believe. Jane Curtin is almost 70.

Yeah. At worst she came out a bit Pollyannaish, but she didn't come out bad except for the sister thing. (Despite being Bette's friend she didn't act like she hated Joan and seemed to want to calm things if possible.) And that rumor goes beyond this show.

Feud III - Olivia De Havilland and Ryan Murphy. But with the twist that De Havilland is producing.

That makes sense. And I think I read she does have an adopted daughter that she actually gets on fairly well with. If that woman has kids, well grandkids more relevantly, it could be a pain to have to answer "Did you really call Great Aunt Joan a bitch?"

I do almost wonder that. Or, if not dead, he was thinking "She's a 100 years old and, effectively, French now so she's never going to know or care."

If you believe in afterlife, as I do, I would like to think that in the afterlife you no longer care about FX miniseries. That you have bigger issues to think about.

She's kind of amazing. I mean she turns 101 tomorrow and she can still comment, and apparently sue, in relation to entertainment. She's also a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire, a National Medal of Arts recipient, and a Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur. She's lived in France for like six decades and

It's true. I'm also use to actresses of that era having stage names, like Barbara Stanwyck or Loretta Young, but Olivia De Havilland looks to indeed be her original name. There look to be a few others though who either went by their original name or their married name. (Katharine Hepburn, Ingrid Bergman, and even

I actually thought DeHavilland came out, mostly, pretty good in it. However the thing about her and her sister, and how real it even was, is disputed. And some of those aspects maybe did make her look petty or small.
