Yeah. She actually explained her motives, such as they were, in Season 1. The clones were soulless abominations who had to die. It's not the sanest motivation, but it is a motivation. It's not like she was randomly killing whoever.

As I recall that is the only killing Helena apologized for. I can't remember what she said exactly, but I seem to recall her (after she showed up again and freaked Sarah out as she thought Helena was dead) saying she was sorry she hurt the woman.
I felt like that one clip with Katja was intentional. I seem to recall MK did not want to have anything to do with Helena because as a European clone the people Helena killed were maybe more real to her.
Frontenac makes me think of a town I know and have been too. I wasn't a 100% sure that's what they were saying.
In some ways that maybe makes sense. Even in Season 1 I could see thinking that Sarah is kind of fun and exciting to be introduced to, but that she's the kind of person you'd probably get tired of if you had to deal with her long term. In Season 1 most who know her find her somewhat exasperating as I recall.
I thought that wasn't so much an aging issue as some of the kid actors just didn't want to do it any more or other issues. (I think there are plenty of child actors who don't have any big drama, they just don't want to it do it any more. The girl who played Molly on DS9 just went to work at her family restaurant and I…
Very different show but the actor on The Middle going through puberty before his character caused his voice to change before I think they wanted. He did stay small, and maybe even childlike in appearance, as that's part of our shared condition. But I wonder if they considered "Oh right hormonally people with…
I think women sometimes don't realize they're bi until somewhat later in life then men usually do. (Meredith Baxter I think said she didn't really know until fairly late.) I think it's that kind of situation. They stated she hadn't had sex with a woman before Cosima and I don't think they ever backed away from that.
Her and Charlotte against the world? (Or would Charlotte be too old? Afghani girl maybe?)
And he kind of seemed like a bit of a jerk at first. (I seem to recall him making some weird crack about Allison "PMSing" or something.) But yeah he's turned out to be a pretty great guy. Accidental murder aside.
Krystal did surprise me. I thought they were just going to do her as an airhead, but from the first episode they really showed a fair amount of empathy for her. It's maybe a bit like "Legally Blonde" but I liked it.
Considering she later did have sex with Chad, and Aynsley apparently had some roofer guy, I was thinking myself "wait is that what they're suggesting?" But remembering how angry Aynsley was it fits they weren't.
I love nuns, but I imagine someone at the convent will probably nag her about some of those things anyway. Although considering her history with nuns she might gouge their eyes out if that happens.
It sounds like this one is a "good news" situation then as almost no one seems to like it much, apparently not even the woman it's about.
That's true. I still think it would have been less easy to become lovey-dovey with her than she did. I think it would be kind of natural to think she's pitiable, but maybe someone you don't want in your house or life.
It does seem like everything is very chill now. It almost feels a tad anticlimactic.
Oh it was really just the one, but it was a fun story from High School. He called and he acted like he just wanted to chat. So I let that go on for awhile. Then he got to the part of "have you considered the US military blah blah"
I'm so thick I didn't consider that.
She is pretty great in this one.
JFK?
