Atheists aren't believers. Ask almost any one of us that and their will point out they're not. Also you're look for nihilism. We don't believe in nothing, or that life is meaningless. Agnostics believe you can't prove or disprove God or deistic claims.

Atheism is a rejection of deistic claims. It can be a lack of belief or definitely believing there is no God.
