Those guys in the gold armor ARE the Kings guard. The gold cloaks wear…gold cloaks of chainmail. The Kings guard have much more ornate armor that covers a most of their faces. They were about to move to stop the faith from taking Marge but Tommen held up his hand and they stopped.
