The TV ads for this movie show a scene where a phone vibrates, and whenever I have the TV on in the background and the trailer comes on, I think my own phone is vibrating.
Nice interview, though.

I haven't read Last Sext, but I like Melissa Broder's Scarecrone.

I caught up with Steven Universe, and I think this might be my favorite thing on TV right now. I don't know of anything else airing with this depth of imagination and humanity. I also love the way it confronts dark subject matter without being preachy or "edgy".

I read Bleeding Edge by Thomas Pynchon, which was alright. It's fun to read Pynchon's funny, noir-ish take on the 21st century, but some of the dialogue and references lead me to believe he's never interacted with anyone under the age of fifty.

Jim O'Rourke is brilliant, and the album art by Mimiyo Tomozawa is hilarious.
