This looks like something that could have aired on the WB back in the 90s for either a handful of episodes or two seasons.

Guys like Osip and Blake misunderstood Frank, Osip believes in compromise and thinks Frank will understand it was all just business. Blake lets himself be alone in a room with the man he set up. Big mistake.
