This was an excellent 100th episode but it didn't really work as a crossover episode. Not sure why they thought two the intertwined was a good idea. On one hand something like the 100th episode shouldn't have been drag down by other shows and on the other Arrow is the reason The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow exist.

I couldn't help but laughable when Cicso asked who is more suited than Barry to train Jessie in the ways of the Speedforce. Did they forgot Jay, hell even Eobard would make a better mentor to Jessie and Wally than Barry.

The version of Reverse Flash Team Flash is acquainted to is dead but there are other timeline versions of Eobard running around in this universe, that is why I placed quotation marks on dead for R.F and Zoom. As I'm sure they will make a return sooner or later.

True but Nyssa/Maseo are extremely obscure characters, not sure if they will remodel Talia to suit since every other version preferred to use knives and guns.

But archery is a skill that apparently anyone can learn in this universe however something like speedforce/speed powers should be difficult to come by. With every speedster introduced Barry becomes a little less special.
