Sara went feral in "Lost Souls" the episode after Constantine guest appearance, it was her reason to head for Central City to look for her mother and maybe figure out what is wrong with her.

In following episode Sara killed a security guard and some Ghost Soldiers due to bloodlust. The show clearly states Sara is suffering from the same effects Thea is experiencing. The funny thing is, Sara & Co. has been killing people indiscriminately on Legends so perhaps she might not suffer as bad as Thea.

How exactly did Constantine "fix" Sara? She have the bloodlust, that was the reason for her departure. I hope they further address this in Legends.
