Agree. 16 episodes as a final season would have been nice.

I honestly think the show is still pretty good. I mean, yes there are fewer fight scenes and the serial killer storyline is kind of sketchy, but all the character work is so incredibly well done and this is what the show has always been about: These characters and their fucked up lives. And they've always juggled too

Yeah, that was the reason why he requested to have fewer fight scenes. They're physically demanding, especially since Starr always had to fight giants, while himself being rather tiny. Throughout the show's run he had numerous injuries too. On his first day of shooting season one, he had to get stitches in his lip. I

Alan Ball is only a producer. He doesn't have a lot to do with the show, aside from helping to develop it.

That's a good analysis. It's kind of disappointing to see that the response to the new season is not that positive. I mean, I get some of it, I have my issues with the serial killer plot and the fridging of Rebecca as well, but I am still enjoying this show tremendously. This show does write so well for the

Yeah, I was like, finally some Eliza action. She's better at fight scenes than at acting. Though I still love her.

I thought Watts was a compelling villain and I was interested in seeing more of him and maybe see him cross paths with Lucas or Carrie, but I liked the twist. It was unexpected and gave us this chilling image of naked Calvin at the end of the episode. This is also a pivotal moment, because it screws up things for

Antony Starr asked for fewer fight scenes this season and the show's budget got cut, so I think these are obviously reasons for why there are fewer action sequences this season. But the producers tweeted on Twitter last year that a huge action sequence is coming up in the last few episodes.

Also, Kai and the cartel. Now that Carrie has pretty much destroyed the operation, he won't be able to hold up his deal.

It's only a matter of time until Hood beds Dawson.

The producers said it was crack in the "BTS of episode 5 feature" on Youtube though.

They haven't showed Rebecca's actual murder yet, so, yes, it's too early to rule out anyone else as Rebecca's murderer. I think if they had introduced Rebecca's actually killers, they probably would have had a flashback to her murder. I can be wrong though.

I agree with this review. It would have been a great episode - without the Satanist couple bullshit, which was terrible to watch and such a cliché that I can't believe Banshee went through with it. Soooo bad. I hope the writers can turn this plot around, but I have a little bit less faith now. The scenes in this

I wonder if this isn't the last we have seen of Leo.

In the season four premiere, Brock asked Hood for a blood sample.

The naked scene at the beginning was disturbing. So happy when Brock and Bunker interrupted.

Eliza first appears in two weeks. Looking forward to see her. I guess the serial killer plot will pick up steam from there.

And then there was a guy who got a knife into his crotch. Yup, this show sure is violent. I'm surprised I love it so much.

I love that there is so much shared history between Hood and Carrie, yet there is no way in hell that they can get back together after all of that. Other shows should take note of this.

I miss Siobhan. She never got to interact with Bunker that much. That would have been an explosion of attractiveness right there on screen.
